That's how it all started…

You found a beautiful miner's lamp in a secondhand shop. The salesperson touted it as an original, and it was. What she didn't mention: Everyone who owns this lamp is plagued by bad luck. Now you are too!

In your desperation, there seems to be only one way out. The miner's lamp has to go! However, the shop has already been emptied. There's a note stuck to the door that seems to be for you.

“I am finally free. The only way to break the wave of bad luck is to return the lamp. I will contact you and help you find its location.”

Your task is to find out, with the help of Elis, the salesperson, where the curse originates, in order to break it.

Can you do that???

The Secret Manuscript and the Missing Rose

(Odenthal)

the story

Once upon a time, there lived a monk named Ansgarus in the monastery of Altenberg. One day, he found a withered white rose on his way to the monastery. He took the rose and planted it in his garden. The monk lovingly cared for the rose, and soon it began to bloom again.

Ansgarus lived in Altenberg for many more years and continued to care for the white rose. When he finally died, his remains were buried in the monastery cemetery, and the rose was planted beside his grave. However, a few years ago, this rose was stolen, and since then, the ghost of the monk Ansgarus is said to rise again at Altenberg Monastery during the full moon and wander the gardens in search of the white rose.

The legend of the white rose fascinated a young woman named Marie, who decided to visit the monastery and find the rose. Inside, she heard a ghostly voice that led her to the altar, where she found a faded white rose. Suddenly, the ghost of the monk Ansgarus appeared and asked Marie to take the rose to a specific place to find peace. After agreeing, she fainted, and when she awoke, the rose was gone. Since then, no one has seen the rose, but the ghost of Ansgarus still wanders Altenberg.

Can you find the rose's hiding place, restore Ansgarus to his peace, and make Altenberg what it once was?
