Here you are invited to explore our beautiful Bergisches Land region on scenic day hikes, without any time pressure, yet still with a bit of exercise. During well-deserved breaks, you can discover the relaxing effects of Tai Chi. Or perhaps you'd prefer to enjoy a "Bergische Waffel" (a type of waffle) with a pot of coffee.
As a child, Michael Goebel roamed parts of the Bergisches Land region playing cowboys and Indians, and later came to appreciate it as a form of fitness training for his passion – mountaineering and hiking. A constant up and down, highs and lows, through a beautiful landscape with many sights. The distances of his offered circular tours are up to 25 km. km And the (leisurely) walking times can easily be 6 hours. However, the tours can also be adapted to your individual wishes. Just ask.
Hiking is done primarily on well-maintained hiking trails and paths.
The number of participants is flexible. All friendly people who enjoy leisurely hiking are welcome, whether individuals or groups.
Tour times can be arranged individually, preferably on weekends or during the week.
Tour suggestions:
“Wupper Cliffs” Including Diederichsstempel, Müngsten Bridge, Brückenpark and Burg Castle. Route length approx. 16 km / Walking time approx. 5 hours (longer stay at Burg Castle possible) Start/Finish: Parking lot of the West sports hall in Remscheid-Reinshagen (at the stadium)
“Mountains and valleys” including Wupper Dam, Dahlerau Industrial Museum Park and Üelfebad; route length approx. 21 km / Walking time approx. 7 hours Start/Finish: Parking lot at Radevormwald Town Hall (Corso Cinema)
