Visit the heart of Oberberg and experience a vibrant small town with plenty to offer. Marvel at the Devil's Gorge deep inside the stalactite cave, or admire the grand hall, which can also be used for weddings. At the skate park near Wiehlpark, you can enjoy some fast-paced fun. Skateboard- and BMX-drivers during their spectacular Moves Watch the process. A stroll along the main street, with its typical half-timbered houses and Bergisch green shutters, leads you to the Axle, Wheel and Wagon Museum, which vividly presents artifacts from prehistory to the 21st century in its collection. A traditional Bergisch coffee and cake spread could round off your visit.
You can experience diverse cultural events in the restored Bielstein Castle, but drama has also found a firm place in the event calendar in Wiehl with the Oberberg Drama Studio.
For active guests, Wiehl offers both summer and winter sports with two swimming pools and an ice rink. On the designated hiking trails, the splendor of the Wiehl landscape – whether mountains or valleys – lies at your feet.
