Morning Meditation in Motion - Morning Soul Walk
As a certified forest bathing guide – practicing mindfulness in nature – I invite you to begin your day with a sensory walk. We will explore various methods of mindful walking and perception to become more present in our bodies and in the moment. Inspiring insights from mindfulness teachers will accompany us throughout our practice.
Surrounded by ancient, towering trees, we immerse ourselves in the diverse scenery of the forest and find greater inner peace with every step. We spend some sections of the trail in silence, creating space to experience nature and ourselves more deeply.
The Morning Soul Walk is therefore a wonderful opportunity to start the day mindfully and relaxed. We walk at a leisurely pace and the route is short (approx. 3 km). It is open to everyone (with or without experience in mindfulness).

Route length: 3-4 km
Duration: about 2,5 hours
Meeting point: Romantik Waldhotel Mangold, Am Milchbornbach 39, 51429 Bergisch Gladbach, parking is available there

Price: Adults €20 per person, please pay the hiking guide on site.

Food: Packed lunch, stop for refreshments optional
Equipment: Please bring a cushion to sit on and something to drink. Wear sturdy shoes and clothing appropriate for the weather.
Additional information: The offer is cancelled in case of heavy rain/severe weather.
The Morning Soul Walk takes place without dogs.
