Bergischer Feierabendmarkt – in Hückeswagen

The after-work market combines classic weekly market products with a selection of food and drinks. The organizers primarily aim to attract working people who typically can't visit the regular weekly market because they work during opening hours. But of course, everyone else is welcome too! The idea is to buy fresh, regional products and enjoy the evening with friends, neighbors, and colleagues. 

The Bergisch After-Work Market takes place in rotation in the towns of Wermelskirchen, Wipperfürth, and Burscheid. Each town has its own individual stalls and offerings, but there are also some vendors who are present in all four towns.

And the best part: all the towns are located along the Balkantrasse cycle route and can easily be reached by bicycle or e-bike. So hop on your bike and head to one of the markets every Thursday!
