Evening walk to the juniper heath

Juniper – you know it from many a delicious dish or in liquid form after a rich meal. But it's not called the "tree pharmacy" for nothing, and it can even grow in winter. A walk through the forest to the Branscheid juniper heath offers plenty of information and stories about this extraordinary landscape in the Oberberg region. Weather permitting, an unforgettable view at sunset provides the perfect end to the day.
