Wild plants are particularly tender and nutritious in spring, bestowing their lush vitality upon us in the Oberbergisches Land region, especially from April onwards. It's time to set out and discover the green treasures that await us along the roadside, in meadows, and in forests.

Identify and collectYou will learn important characteristics for identifying plants and gain a brief, exciting insight into botany. And thus learn under

This course will teach you how to identify edible wild plants, how to identify them yourself, and how to harvest them responsibly. After the course, you will also know good harvesting locations and nature conservation rules.
Herbal knowledge in a nutshellYou will learn important and, above all, practical information about individual wild plants. During the course, we will certainly discover 25-30 edible plants. Recipes for wild cuisine, home remedies, drying for tea, and other uses will be discussed.
Herbal practiceThis is a must! The joy of crafting and creating culinary or medicinal herbal products is simply balm for the soul. Whether for the next meal, as a gift, or for the pantry, we'll certainly get creative!
