Guided tour of the Aggertal Cave

The Aggertal Cave is open from April 1st to November 1st, Thursday through Sunday, and on public holidays. Guided tours entitled "First Glimpse" depart at 10:00, 11:15, 12:30, 13:45, 15:00, and 16:15. A tour lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Please note that the cave maintains a temperature of 6–8 °C year-round. Therefore, especially during the warmer summer months, please remember to bring warm clothing. In general, sturdy, warm clothing and, above all, robust footwear are recommended for a cave visit. 

The cave can only be visited as part of a guided tour. A minimum of two people are required for each tour. Guests with disabilities should contact us before their visit for assistance.

For guests arriving by car, there is ample parking available directly in front of the cave ticket office.

Dogs are not allowed in the cave.

Photography without flash for personal memories is permitted inside the cave. Video recording inside the cave is prohibited.
