Therapeutic climate hike "Air hygiene"

Breathe deeply in the healing climate – explore the healthy air together. The focus is on gentle movement and consciously experiencing the climate and nature. Depending on the theme of the tour, elements such as the Kneipp foot bath, the barefoot path in the spa park, or natural sections in the forest are incorporated into the hike. 
The therapeutic climate hikes are aimed at all those who want to slow down their everyday lives and enjoy exercise in nature.
