Hobby Nordic walkers invite you

Anyone longing for a break in nature, far removed from everyday life, who also wants to stay fit and enjoys connecting with like-minded people, should join the hobby Nordic walkers. Guides Christa Grolms and Erika Krämer regularly lead walks in the Puhlbruch State Forest, in the heart of the Bergisches Land Nature Park and through the Puhlbruch/Silberkuhle nature reserve. Whether heading towards the Branscheid juniper forest, along one of the health-promoting trails, or following individual streams and ravines – diverse paths sheltered by the forests offer varied tours. Anyone interested, regardless of age or experience level, is welcome. The pace is always adjusted to the participants. Walks start in and around Eckenhagen and vary in length from five to a maximum of seven kilometers.
