The meeting point is in front of Thordis Ruppio's naturopathic practice. After a brief introduction, we'll get started with all sorts of wild herbs, which will be presented depending on the season.

In between, you will learn fairy tales about some herbs, and of course also about their uses, and there are delicious recipes.

We'll take a long walk north into the forest, past the forest cemetery, and back through the city to the practice. You'll be surprised how many wild herbs you can still find in an urban area.

Finally, I have a small culinary surprise for you and the opportunity to create your own Herb Fairy Tale Coloring Book zu kaufen.
