Herb walk "Mill tour"

This herb walk leads through the Eifgen Valley, initially upstream towards Neue Mühle. At the first stop, Thordis Ruppio will briefly introduce himself, and then the walk begins, focusing on various wild herbs, which will be presented according to the season.

In between, fairy tales are told about some herbs, and of course, there is information on how to use them and you will learn delicious recipes.

The herb walk leads through Emminghausen, past the ostrich farm, and on towards Neue Mühle back into the Eifgen Valley. We then hike downstream back to Rausmühle, where a small culinary surprise awaits and there is an opportunity to purchase a self-made herb fairy tale coloring book.

Afterwards, you can stop for refreshments at the Rausmühle restaurant. Please make a reservation in advance.
