Creative projects with mushrooms

Mushrooms are generally judged almost exclusively on their edibility and toxicity. It's often forgotten that life without mushrooms is impossible. But mushrooms can also be used incredibly creatively: whether creating decorations, making paint or wool dyes, making paper, stamping with mushrooms, or designing jewelry: mushrooms are involved in everything. This workshop will introduce mushrooms that can be used for crafts, dyes, and paper, for example, for making your own cards. We will go on an excursion to learn about and collect different mushrooms. Later, we will prepare a dye bath and create our own paints. Many craft ideas using mushrooms will be presented for you to try. If we can't find enough fresh mushrooms due to the weather, we will use dried mushrooms.

Please wear weatherproof clothing and sturdy footwear for the excursion, and clothes that can get stained. Don't forget to bring a small snack.
All materials will be brought by the lecturer.
