Lindlar: Spring herb walk "When the world of medicinal plants awakens"
Nature awakens – tender buds, fresh greenery and the first fragrant herbs stretch towards the sun..
We want to experience and celebrate this awakening together.
We'll take a short, cheerful hike through the Bergisches Land region, listening to the birds, breathing in the crisp spring air – and discovering the first wild herbs of the year along the way: goutweed, ground ivy, garlic mustard, dandelion, and many more. We'll learn about their healing properties and discover how versatile they can be in strengthening and supporting us.
To finish, we enjoy a small herbal snack.
