On our health hike, we combine gentle exercise in nature with valuable impulses for body, mind, and soul. Short breathing and movement exercises along the way promote circulation, strengthen the cardiovascular system, and help reduce stress. From the Marienkapelle (St. Mary's Chapel), we hike towards Markelsbach via a small road, through forests, and along gravel farm tracks. During the hike, we enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Much-Sommerhausen. In this beautiful location, we will complete a holistic exercise program. We will perform exercises for balance, coordination, and flexibility, and discover how steady we truly are. Afterwards, we continue our hike to the "Sausebiene" apiary. There, beekeeper Gerd Weißenberg will share interesting facts about honey and provide insights into honey production. Purchase of this regional product will be possible on site. The return journey, which leads almost entirely through the forest, includes a short uphill section.
