New lecture series at the Nümbrecht school campus

Title: Healthy Families in Everyday Life - Small Changes with a Big Impact
Description: In everyday family life, many demands collide, and often one's own health suffers. This presentation explores how families can sustainably improve their health through simple, practical changes. The focus is on a balanced diet, the importance of a healthy gut for the immune system and overall well-being, and practical insights from alkaline nutrition and Ayurveda. Special life phases such as pregnancy, as well as challenges like exhaustion, digestive issues, or food intolerances, are also addressed in an accessible way. The aim is to provide guidance and demonstrate strategies that can be implemented without pressure in daily life, leading to more energy, stability, and a positive sense of well-being for the entire family.
The lectures take place every Wednesday at 19 p.m. in the Nümbrecht school campus, Mateh-Yehuda-Str. 5 (high school auditorium). The next lecture will be held on November 4, 2026.
