Radevormwald: "For those who love to cover long distances: explore the hilly Bergisches Land region – a long but enjoyable journey"

Through the idyllic village of Rade, across the Wiebach valley to the Wupper dam, past the historic Wülfing Industrial Museum, along the "Amazon of the Bergisches Land" to the Beyenburg reservoir. A beautiful, almost alpine ridge path leads via Remlingrade and Ülfebad back to Rade, where the tour can be rounded off with a relaxing stop at a café or restaurant. A challenging and long hike, but easily manageable at a comfortable walking pace without rushing. 

• Target group: Adults and children aged 12 and over who enjoy hiking; the route is not suitable for strollers!
• Route length: approx. 29 km (can be shortened if necessary), approx. 450 meters of elevation gain
• Duration: approx. 8 hours, approx. 7 hours actual walking time

• Food: Packed lunch, optional stop at a restaurant in Radevormwald at your own expense at the end of the tour.
• Equipment: Good hiking boots, provisions for the day, especially drinks, rain gear, hiking poles (if needed), and most importantly, a good mood!
• Additional information: This is a circular route that can be hiked in all weather conditions. It can be combined with my other tours for a multi-day hike. I am happy to assist with finding accommodation.
