Find peace and immerse yourself in a truly special atmosphere at Yoga in the Museum with Katja Lüdenbach. Nestled between industrial architecture and historical charm, we combine gentle Yin Yoga with a profound sound meditation. For 75 minutes, you can lean back, let go, and experience the power of stillness and vibration. Yin Yoga combined with a sound bath that supports and regenerates you. Yin Yoga is stillness, slowness, darkness, introspection, and relaxation. It's a more passive style of yoga where asanas (individual yoga postures) are held for 3-5 minutes. We surrender completely to gravity with the goal of letting go on all levels: physical, mental, and spiritual.
The workshop will be led by Katja Lüdenbach from "Auszeit Oberberg". She is an experienced yoga teacher and trainer. Whether beginner or professional, she meets participants exactly where they are.
