Visitors have the opportunity to participate in herb walks and workshops: Here, participants can identify, collect, and process wild herbs, for example, into vinegars or creams. In this way, sustainable learning is made tangible directly in nature.
In addition, there are combined formats such as a guided wild herb excursion followed by a three-course wild herb menu, which are a truly special experience.
