Restaurant-Café Dröppelminna
This charming half-timbered house, located right next to the romantic Zweiffel Castle in the Herrenstrunden district, welcomes its guests with a kitchen that opens generously onto the dining room. Up to 45 people can be seated here, surrounded by numerous antique finds, on chairs and benches that once served as bed frames. Amidst all this, owner Joël Schramm, with his amiable manner, ensures a truly welcoming atmosphere.
Bergische Kaffeetafel
A true specialty of the house and of the Bergisches Land region is the Bergische Kaffeetafel (coffee table), which can be booked in the Dröppelminna from Thursday to Saturday for groups of 20 or more and only by prior arrangement.
Here, coffee is served in the traditional way from a Dröppelminna (a type of coffee pot) and perfectly complements the sweet and savory components of the coffee service. A shot of local schnapps is also a must for digestion.
