To the source of the Strunde

The restaurant "Zur Quelle der Strunde" is idyllically situated amidst meadows and forests in the village of Herrenstrunden, on the outskirts of Bergisch Gladbach.
The restaurant is the perfect place for lovers of regional Bergisches Land cuisine and offers a cozy atmosphere! When the weather is nice, our beer garden also invites you to enjoy delicious food and drinks in the sunshine!

One highlight is our "Bergisches Late Riser's Breakfast"! Start your day with a Sunday brunch by the Strunde river and enjoy our delicious breakfast offerings. Besides fresh rolls with both savory and sweet spreads, scrambled eggs, fish, and breakfast antipasti, you'll also find weekly changing hot and cold dishes as well as various seasonal salads. Vegetarians and vegans will also find plenty of options!
The late breakfast takes place every Sunday (and on public holidays) from 11 am and costs 24,50 EUR per person.
