Our apartment is located in a quiet area of ​​Kürten, in the Oberblissenbach district, very close to Bergisch Gladbach in the Bergisches Land region. From here you can easily reach numerous destinations in the beautiful Bergisches Land, as well as Bergisch Gladbach, Leverkusen, and Cologne. Important distances: Cologne Trade Fair (Messe) 25 km (approx. 30 min), Cologne City Center 26 km (approx. 35 min), Cologne Airport 30 km (approx. 35 min), Bergisch Gladbach S-Bahn (suburban train) 8 km (approx. 13 min).
All shops for daily needs are located in Kürten-Dürscheid or Kürten-Bechen, each about 1 km away. For your culinary needs, there are several very nice, good, and reasonably priced restaurants nearby. You can choose from traditional regional cuisine, Greek, Italian, and Turkish dishes, or tapas and burgers. All these family-run restaurants are within walking distance and also offer beer gardens when the weather is nice. For those who would like to try something a bit more upscale, we recommend the Michelin-starred restaurant at the Grandhotel Schloss Bensberg. For children, there is a lovely riding stable (Hauserhof) nearby with riding lessons and holiday programs. A water park is also easily accessible. Pleasant walks after work or longer hikes through the beautiful surroundings are highly recommended.

Our lovingly renovated and furnished apartment, completed in 2016, is 35 m² and can accommodate 1-4 people. It is located at the rear of our house, which was completely renovated between 2012 and 2015. The apartment has a private entrance, a separate bedroom with a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and a desk, a living/dining room with a sofa bed (1,60 x 2,00 m), a shower room with a window, a private terrace with table and chairs, sunshade, and a charcoal grill, parking space (even for larger vehicles), satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and complete tableware for four people, allowing you to prepare your own meals. And if you need anything, help is always available!
