Holiday apartment Preyersmühle

This beautiful 80 sq m holiday apartment is located at Preyersmühle 16a in Wermelskirchen. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a spacious living/dining room. The apartment can be booked for stays of three nights or more. 

The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, etc. A washing machine and dryer are located right next to the kitchen. The bright bathroom has a bathtub and a shower and features underfloor heating throughout.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Bed linen and towels are included. A travel cot can be provided upon request; the apartment is very child-friendly.

Guests are welcome to use the garden, which includes a large trampoline, a swing set, a small sandbox, and a swimming pool available in the summer. Parking is available right outside the door.

They live right next to the forest and on the border between Remscheid and Wermelskirchen. There are good bus connections to Cologne, every 30 minutes. Remscheid also has a train station. 
The Preyersmühle restaurant is within easy reach. 
The Eschbachtal outdoor swimming pool is 900 meters away, about a 20-minute walk through the woods or a 5-minute drive. Good shopping facilities are available in Remscheid and Wermelskirchen.
