Further information

Payment of 100% of the total price is due upon booking. The remaining balance for the security deposit and final cleaning is due no later than 28 days prior to arrival. For last-minute bookings, the total amount, including the security deposit and final cleaning fee, is payable no later than the day of arrival. Cancellations are free of charge up to 28 days before the arrival date. Cancellations made up to 14 days before the arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price, and cancellations made later than 14 days before the arrival date incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total price. A security deposit of €300 (or €600 for bookings made between December 28th and January 3rd) is required. All payments must be made by bank transfer. Check-in is from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys will be handed over in person on-site or via a coded key box. Pets are not allowed. A complimentary initial stocking of the refrigerator is available upon request for an additional fee. An additional cleaning fee of €100 will be charged, or €140 for stays of 9 nights or more.

Conveniently located near Cologne, Düsseldorf, Solingen, and Remscheid, close to the A1 motorway, surrounded by beautiful countryside with fields, meadows and forests, offering diverse leisure activities, e.g. for hikers and cyclists.
Good shopping facilities: bakery next door, Lidl and Aldi 50 m away, ARA factory outlet on the next street over.
The Balkantrasse trail begins directly at the property, the Eifgental valley is only five minutes away, restaurants and cafes are within walking distance, indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, golf course, youth leisure park are nearby and easily accessible.
