The house, comprising two apartments, is situated in a biodiverse natural garden at the eastern edge of the Oberbergischer Kreis district, bordering the Sauerland region. The ground-floor apartments are accessed via a covered terrace, and free parking is available in the courtyard directly in front of the building. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.

A deposit of 20% may be charged after booking. The remaining balance is payable in cash on site.
Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made later will be charged 80% of the total price.
Arrival from 14 p.m. to 22 p.m.

Pets are not allowed.
The key handover takes place in person on site or, in exceptional cases and by prior arrangement, also via a key safe.
An extra bed or cot can be provided upon request. Children up to 5 years old stay free of charge. Extra beds for children 6 years and older cost €15 per night, and for adults €20 per night.
Card payments are accepted on site. Due to card fees, advance payment by bank transfer or cash payment on site is preferred.

Arrival from the west: A4 exit Bergneustadt, then B55 to the village of Pernze (approx. 5 km)
Arrival from the north: A45 exit Meinerzhagen, then B54 and country road towards Bergneustadt until the village of Pernze (approx. 8 km)
Arrival from the south: A45 exit Drolshagen/Bergneustadt, then B55 to the village of Pernze (approx. 5 km)
Arrival by public transport from Cologne: RB 25 towards Meinerzhagen to Gummersbach station, then bus line 301 towards Pernze or Olpe to the Pernze Sportplatz stop (pick-up from the station possible on request)
