The Franzhäuschen is a family-run business, now in its fourth generation, operated with love and passion. The kitchen team, which has received awards from the Aral Gourmet Atlas for several years, emphasizes the use of fresh produce to prepare delicious regional and seasonal fusion dishes – ensuring there's something for everyone.
Besides the cuisine, the second passion is fine drinks, especially wine. The "wine bar" reopened in April 2011. Here you'll also find a small bistro kitchen and, in addition to the existing extensive wine list, a rotating selection of delicious wines by the glass, also available in small tasting portions. This enthusiasm for fine wines also leads to frequent and enjoyable culinary events.
We have a variety of rooms, ranging from the modern wine bar to the cozy restaurant, the atmospheric fireplace room and the spacious banquet hall.
When the weather is warm, the garden in the courtyard is an idyllic place to relax. It's perfect for hosting parties of all sizes.
The small, family-run hotel offers the possibility of having the party guests stay overnight – and to bring the celebration to a wonderful close with a shared breakfast.
