The 45m² holiday apartment features one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, a sofa bed for two people, a bright bathroom with a glass shower, a sun terrace with a parasol, table and chairs, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, and is non-smoking. Towels and bed linen are included. Trade fair visitors, tradespeople, and employees of nearby companies are also very welcome.
