Hotel-Restaurant Ponyhof Knotte

Nestled in the heart of the Oberbergisches Land region, just 40 minutes from Cologne, lies the Hotel Restaurant Ponyhof Knotte. Originally a working farm, the Ponyhof, as it is known today, was initially run as a guesthouse. In 1959, Gustav Knotte conceived the idea for the Ponyhof, the first pony farm in North Rhine-Westphalia. Besides the pony farm and riding facilities, the establishment also features a hotel restaurant with a beer garden. Its proximity to the Wiehl stalactite cave, the wildlife park, and Homburg Castle further enhances the experience. Let the beautiful Bergisches Land landscape unfold at a leisurely pace and savor culinary delights before, during, and/or after your ride.

The pony farm provides the perfect setting for a weekend in the countryside or a day trip. Furthermore, family celebrations and similar events can also be held here.
