Lindlar Youth Hostel

Whether playfully discovering nature, team training in the forest, lighting a fire in the open-air museum, or searching for fossils with hammer and chisel – there's plenty to do outdoors here. Right on the doorstep, school classes and youth groups have excellent opportunities for extracurricular activity days. The large outdoor area invites children and teenagers to run around and make noise. The quiet location and the facilities of the house also provide an ideal setting for choirs, orchestras, and music groups to rehearse.

A valid DJH membership card is required for overnight stays in the youth hostel.

The youth hostel has a disco room, two foosball tables, a ping-pong table, a teachers'/leaders' room, and six common rooms with space for up to 120 people. The grounds include a football pitch, a volleyball court, a basketball hoop, ping-pong tables, a barbecue hut, two campfire areas, and a wooded play area.

Vegan and vegetarian dishes are also readily available. The kitchen is happy to accommodate gluten-free and lactose-free dishes, as well as other dietary requirements.
