Mediterana

Visitors to Mediterana are taken on a real world tour. A trip to the Bergisch Gladbach wellness oasis goes from the heights of Northern Europe to North Africa and India - a study tour in all matters pertaining to perspiration.

The dry Finnish sauna, the Moorish steam bath, the House of Elements or the Catalan herbal bath - to name but a few - will bring joy to the hearts of sauna fans.

Visitors feel like they are on holiday in the Mediterranean ambience. With just one difference, because even though Mediterana is very popular, guest hardly notice this at all. The extensive sauna landscape offers plenty of refuges to retreat and enjoy the peace. The exclusive treatments ensure further relaxation. However, it is recommended that you book your visit two or three days in advance.

Himalayan salt mines:
Salt from 100 tonne salt blocks atomise their first class healing power. The salt crystals come from the Himalayas and were put together by hand. The fascinating lighting with fine light sources ensures a beneficial atmosphere and relaxation for body and soul.

Bain Arabisances:
Eucalyptus leaves steam on an Arabian fireplace, releasing a pleasant aroma at a radiant heat of 75-85 degrees.
