Der über 90 Jahre alte Märchenwald ist ein wunderschöner Ort für Familien und Freunde von Grimms Märchen.
A place where you can switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Families can experience the magic of the famous fairy tales by the Brothers Grimm. Children can be captivated by the fascination of the old legends while their parents reminisce about their own childhood memories. Along idyllic forest paths, more than 20 buildings with lovingly designed and partly moving figures and representations await the curious eyes of children and adults, accompanied by music and narrative texts. Dogs are also welcome, but must be kept on a lead.

The adjoining Märchenwald restaurant offers enjoyment for all the senses. The "Dancing Fountains" are another attraction in the Fairytale Forest Restaurant. A water organ in which colorfully illuminated water figures move as if by magic to classical music. You can find out the current performance times for the water games in the restaurant.
