Aggertal Dam viewpoint

This lovely rest area is located on the K23 district road (Talsperrenstraße / Schöne Aussicht) on the edge of the Bergneustadt district of Hackenberg, southeast of the dam. A path leads from the "Schöne Aussicht" road down to the Aggertalsperre hiking parking lot (approx. 300m long, 40m elevation gain), where, among other things, the Bergische Streifzug #10 "Energieweg" trail starts.
