In a small village near Kürten, there's a truly unique creative hub: handmade pralines, chocolates, cakes, and many other delicious treats are the work of Eva Oelze. As a child, she dreamed of being a jack-of-all-trades, but after studying architecture, Eva dedicated herself entirely to the sweeter side of life. Now she's a master confectioner, chocolatier, and a self-proclaimed sweet tooth. At events with her mobile praline workshop, in engaging seminars, and in her bakery shop in Unterbörsch, those with a sweet tooth can indulge in sweet delights and be introduced to the art of confectionery.
