The Wallefeld outdoor swimming pool is run entirely by the community and receives no subsidies, relying solely on donations and volunteer work. From renovations and ticket sales to cleaning and even paying the lifeguard, everything at the Wallefeld pool is done by the members themselves.
This is a huge undertaking for a small village that attracts bathers from all over the region. Therefore, any help, monetary or in-kind donations are urgently needed and always warmly welcomed.
