Golfclub Oberberg eV

Golf course
With the completion of the 18-hole course in 2011, a great championship course was created.
The game's unique appeal stems from the demands dictated by the topography of the ancient cultural landscape, complemented by breathtaking views over the surrounding mountain landscape with its deep valleys.
Internationally experienced golfers are familiar with similar courses in the northern United States, northern England, and southern Scotland. The course combines significant sporting challenges for top golfers with good playability for those just learning the sport.
Although the facility is located in the heart of the Oberbergisches Land region, there is hardly any elevation gain. This ensures good accessibility even for older players.
The par 73 course measures just under 6.000 meters from the men's tee and a remarkable 6.300 meters from the champions' tee. With this new 18-hole course, the golf club joins the ranks of Germany's top golf courses.
From April to October, introductory golf courses are offered several times a month. These courses explain and introduce the basics of golf to all interested participants. With a golf pro, participants learn the fundamental strokes and become familiar with the course. Participation grants access to the 6-hole short course and the driving range.
