Hielscher Hof - Rusticus Farm Café
At Hielscher Farm, you're on first-name terms with the cows: Operated as a dairy farm since 1953, the farm's own cheese dairy has been producing fine, handcrafted specialties for over 20 years. Across the way, you can take a break at the "Rusticus." This old half-timbered house has been lovingly restored, and the menu includes not only cheese delicacies but much more. The attached farm shop offers the opportunity to purchase products, and since 2003, a corn maze has been a popular attraction once a year.
