Huserland - Railway facility

museum/exhibition
Historic railways / Leisure railways
The village of Egen is home to the area known as "Huserland".
The name is not an official field or place name, but was invented by the first visitors to the railway facility, which was still under construction at the time, and became established through the constant use of the term in their reports and references to the railway facility.

In Huserland there is still a garden railway today, on a 127 mm gauge, with passenger transport on a scale of 1:10, which is stable enough to transport children and adults.
The model railway in Huserland is privately owned. Visitors with or without their own locomotive are welcome on operating days.
