Inclusive playground at the Stephanus community center in Hilgen-Neuenhaus

Slides, swings, climbing frames? No, a playground is so much more; it's an educational play and learning space, a place for meeting and connecting, where playing together brings joy and happiness. This is achieved through the combination of suitable equipment. Built according to the latest educational findings, the playground is barrier-free and the first of its kind in Wermelskirchen. At its heart is a climbing tower with a slide. The playground is truly special. For example, there's an in-ground, barrier-free trampoline, a double swing suitable for people with disabilities, and an interactive whiteboard. The playground is integrated into a larger concept that also includes a soccer field, a beach volleyball court, a ping-pong table, and plenty of seating.
