Catholic Church - St. Mary's Assumption
The Catholic Church of the Assumption of Mary was built between 1864 and 1968, and in 1871 Marienfeld, along with the surrounding villages, was established as an independent parish from Much. The Catholic church in Marienfeld is a neo-Gothic, three-aisled hall church built of greywacke, which features, among other things, a Stations of the Cross in the Nazarene style.
