Hoffer Grain Distillery Age
Numerous specialty spirits are produced at the Hoffer Alter distillery near Rösrath. Spirits have been bottled on the 300-year-old Hofferhof estate since 1880. A guided tour of the distillery offers visitors fascinating insights into the history of the last remaining grain distillery in the Bergisches Land region, which is now run by the fifth generation of the family and includes a distillery shop. After the tour, visitors are invited to a tasting of the specialties, accompanied by hearty bread and lard.
