from the A4:
Take exit [26] Reichshof/Bergneustadt and head towards Bergneustadt. At the fork in the road for Bergneustadt – Gummersbach, Derschlag, keep left towards Bergneustadt. At the end of the road, take the second exit at the roundabout. At the next roundabout, take the first exit and follow the road for approximately 7,6 km. Then turn left onto the B54 towards Meinerzhagen and follow for approximately 2 km. On the left, you will see an entrance to the village of "Auf dem Dümpel" and a sign for "Flugplatz" (airfield). Turn here and follow the road to the large gravel parking area.

from the A45 coming from the north:
Take exit [16] Meinerzhagen and then turn left at the traffic lights. At the next set of traffic lights, turn left again onto the B54 and follow the road for approximately 8 km. On the right-hand side, you will see an entrance to the village of "Auf dem Dümpel" as well as a sign for "Flugplatz" (airfield). Turn here and follow the road until you reach the large gravel car park.

from the A45 from the south:
Take exit [17] Drolshagen/Bergneustadt and turn right at the end of the road. Follow the road to the end and turn right again. After approximately 180 m, bear slightly right onto the B54 towards Meinerzhagen. Follow this road for approximately 2 km. On the left, you will see an entrance to the village of "Auf dem Dümpel" and a sign for "Flugplatz" (airfield). Turn here and follow the road to the large gravel parking area.
