Live like you're in the south. Here you can enjoy pure wellness in an authentic setting with meticulous attention to detail. Because...
Embark on a true world tour at Mediterana. From the far north of Europe to North Africa and India, the trip in this Bergisch Gladbach wellness oasis takes you on a journey of discovery through the art of sweating.
The new Forja de Fuego sauna, the House of Elements or the Catalan Herbal Bath - to name just a few - make the hearts of sauna fans beat faster.
The Mediterranean ambiance will instantly make you feel like you're on vacation. However, there's a difference: even when Mediterana is very busy, you'll hardly notice it during your visit. The spacious sauna area offers plenty of secluded spots to retreat and enjoy the peace and quiet. The exclusive treatments provide further relaxation. However, it's recommended to book these two to three days in advance.

Himalayan salt mines:
Salt from 100 tons of salt blocks releases its exceptional healing properties here. The salt crystals originate from the Himalayas and were assembled by hand. A captivating lighting system with delicate light sources creates a soothing atmosphere and promotes relaxation for body and soul.

Bain Arabisances:
Eucalyptus leaves evaporate on an Arabian fireplace and emit a pleasant fragrance at 75-85 degrees radiant heat.
