Here you can barbecue, stay overnight, swim, paddle or go boating - in short, spend a completely relaxing day by the water.

If you'd like to enjoy the reservoir from the water, you can rent boats (pedal boats, kayaks, or canoes) or SUP boards and head out onto the water. Small waterproof barrels for your valuables and life jackets can also be rented on site.
You are welcome to bring your own boats or SUP boards. Please inquire about the water usage fee from the Aggerverband (Agger Association).

The Aggertalsperre leisure camp is located in the Lantenbach district of Gummersbach. It can be reached from Gummersbach city center in approximately 10 minutes.
The "Genkeltalsperre" bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.
