This tour through the southern part of the Oberberg region starts at Dieringhausen train station (RB 25 stop) and combines idyllic half-timbered villages with the typical Oberberg low mountain landscape. Between green meadows, babbling brooks, and panoramic viewpoints, it's the perfect place to unwind and relax. Nevertheless, the route offers plenty of elevation gain through its varied ascents and descents. From the highest point of the loop, near Blockhaus in Reichshof, you'll be rewarded with a magnificent view across the entire southern Bergisches Land region, all the way to the Siebengebirge hills. The climb is definitely worth it.
