The following parking lots are suitable starting points:

• Parking lot Hohenfuhrstraße (Radevormwald)
  
• Parking lot at the Bever Dam (west side, Reinshagensbever)
  
• Hiking parking lot Niederlangenberg (K13)
  
• Oberröttenscheid hiking parking lot (K13)
  
• Parking area for hikers at the Wupper pre-dam (Ernst-Pflitsch-Straße, Hückeswagen)
  
• Parking spaces at the Kräwinkler Bridge
  

• Radevormwald bus station
• Bahnhofstraße, Hückeswagen

On weekends and public holidays between May and October, the Bergische FahrradBus (Leverkusen-Opladen - Marienheide) stops in Wermelskirchen-Neuenborn and Hückeswagen (Bahnhofstraße). www.bergischer-fahrradbus.de

The route passes through several nature reserves. Please stay on the designated paths and show particular respect for nature! Tips on proper conduct in the nature reserves are summarized in a flyer from the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis district (see Downloads).
