This is the focus in the health resort of Eckenhagen. Here, the stimulating and mild climate promotes health and relaxation. A moderate cold stimulus and atmospheric factors such as temperature, humidity, and wind stimulate the body. Moderate exercise such as hiking or walking is essential. Eckenhagen is nestled in a gently rolling, low mountain landscape within the municipality of Reichshof.
 
The five carefully designed therapeutic climate hiking trails allow for targeted and measured exercise, essential for regeneration. This helps rebuild one's own strength, which is also important during the colder months. Even unpleasant weather can strengthen health and promote regeneration.

Requirements due to the route: moderate – a medium-length circular route (6,3 km) with mostly flat and moderate, occasionally steep, inclines totaling approximately 220 meters of elevation gain. Average energy expenditure for a 75 kg person: approx. 400 kcal.

Climate requirements: moderate – Predominantly subdued climatic stimuli within the shelter of the forest. Only short, more intense sections of the trail at the starting point and in clearings. Occasional heat stress in summer, especially within villages, otherwise rare.
