A 100% prepayment will be charged after booking. Payment must be made in advance by bank transfer. Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost, and cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is possible from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time to make arrangements. The keys are handed over via a key safe. You will receive the code for this in good time before arrival. Pets are not allowed.
Check-in Rules
Check-in Time: From 3:00 PM
Key Handover: Via email or WhatsApp code for the key box.
House Access: Use the parking lot on the premises next to the house. Main entrance door and key box are under the porch.
House Rules: Quiet use, no loud parties, non-smoking, no pets.
Emergencies: Emergency numbers are located in the folder on the dining table.
Check-out Rules
Check-out Time: By 11:00 AM
Key Handover: In the key box at the entrance.
Cleaning: Leave the kitchen clean, dispose of waste in the designated containers.
Condition: Do not move furniture, use only the available amenities.
Linen: Place used towels in the laundry basket in the bedroom.
Report Damages: Report any damages before departure.
Notes
Smoking: Not allowed indoors. Outdoor nicotine is okay.
Bicycles and other vehicles are not allowed inside the house. (except for strollers)
